Customer Terms Overview
Mel & Sons Oil Sales, Inc. provides fuel oil delivery at competitive prices, along with 24-hour service, 365 days a year. If you need a new heating system, we also offer professional installation for a wide variety of heating equipment.
All payments for oil, service, and equipment are to be made in U.S. dollars.
Shipping
Shipping does not apply. We do not allow fuel oil delivery orders online; only payment of account balances. To order oil or request service, please call our office at (781) 246-4122.
Return Policy
All oil sales are final. All parts and equipment are not returnable, but are guaranteed, with labor, for a minimum of one year. Depending on the manufacturer, some parts and equipment may be guaranteed for a longer period.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Personal information may be collected during the payment process. Mel & Sons Oil Sales will not sell or share this personal information with anyone.
Security Policy
